At the Cozy Coral, we stand behind the health of our livestock. We offer a 3 day live arrival guarantee on all livestock. We will not allow an animal to be shipped if we do not think it is in a healthy enough state to travel.

If an animal passes away within 3 days of delivery, you are eligible to receive a store credit toward your next order.

To qualify for the guarantee:

• You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
  
• Clear photos or video of the animal must be provided
  
• Water parameters may be requested to help assess the situation
  

Important:

Any fish transferred into a therapeutic or medicated quarantine system within the 3 day guarantee period will not be eligible for coverage under this policy. We recommend ensuring the fish is healthy and eating well before beginning any medicated quarantine treatment.

Shipping costs are non refundable and are not covered under this guarantee.

Please ensure your aquarium is fully cycled and stable, and that it is suitable for the animals you plan to introduce.

FedEx delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee.

We reserve the right to deny claims if proper care guidelines were not followed or if insufficient information is provided.

Guarantee applies to shipments only, not local pickup.
